Paraffin Container Wax (MP-117) is a high-performance, single-pour container paraffin wax that results in creamy, semi-gloss candles. Previously reserved for large manufacturing companies, we’re excited to bring this unique, fully refined paraffin wax to the handcrafted market. Featuring strong scent throw and minimal shrinkage, MP-117 works beautifully on its own without additives or blended with other waxes.

Candle Maker's Notes: 
Paraffin waxes tend to have darker soot over soy when burning. If you're experiencing excessive soot, we recommend testing different wick sizes, or double wicking in larger containers (3.3"/8.4 cm diameter or larger). Additionally, too much fragrance oil can also cause sooting depending on the fragrance oil. We’ve found that reducing fragrance load to 6% is plenty strong for most fragrances and helps to minimize sooting.
