Orange Liquid Dye for candle wax produces a color ranging from light to dark orange depending on usage. Your actual experience may vary depending on what type of wax you use and the amount of dye used. We encourage you to experiment.
In soy, deep, rich colors are challenging and standard dye amounts create a washed-out, pastel color. They require 2-3 times the dye that paraffin requires, sometimes more.
- A 1 oz bottle can color up to 100 lb of soy wax or 200 lb paraffin to a medium shade.
- A 4 oz bottle can color up to 400 lbs of soy wax or 800 lbs to a medium shade.

Note: Due to the extreme concentration of our liquid dyes there is a noticeable odor that will not be detectable at normal usages in finished candles.
